- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family member had a horrible experience with the staff. The staff appears to be rude and obnoxious. They violate HIPAA violations by screaming your private information throughout the lobby. One person who works there by the name Christina/Kristina was noted to be very rude while yelling and screaming, which can be a very dangerous thing to do! This is really upsetting and unfortunate situation. When people experience pain they are already in distress and it should not be exacerbated by the staff at your doctor’s office. Although they are rendering a service, you have the right to go elsewhere. You are a customer. At the end of the day you still have to pay them. I would suggest that before you dedicate yourself to a medical practice do your homework. I know it may be an extra 20 or 30 minutes to go another city or state, but it is worth it to be treated with dignity and respect. I called and spoke to the office manager who appeared to not be really concerned. As I read the other reviews I see that this practice has a history of this behavior. I wonder if Dr. Gorr has any idea that she has individuals running her practice into the ground!September 27, 2017by LaToya Evans
